What would work better? One of these "long lasting" lipsticks over liner, one of the ones that you brush on and seal with a clear gloss type stuff, or a lip stain instead?
I don't mind finding a moment or two to steal away to reapply, as long as it does NOT come off on the glasswear, the GROOM, or worse, my TEETH!
Also, tips and tricks to make it last extra long would be much appreciated!
Mac do a lipstick which stays put for 8 hours all you need to do is put the lipstick on wait for it to dry and apply the gloss on top it is called Pro long wear lipstick 2 different glosses :)
here is what i suggest.. apply foundation on ur lips too, then line the lips with the lip liner of ur choice, and fill in with the same colour..then apply ur lipstick lightly,and dab with tissue, reapply a light coat or the lipstic and dab again,put ur index finger in ur mouth, pull it outwards, to ensure no lipstick stains end up on ur teeth, then brush over lightly, with a translucent powder... and sweety u are set for ur wedding, with lipstick which will definitely not rub off on him....
Lipsticks which has more lead tend to stay longer... try the matty ones.. they stay forever... i like them.. but dont apply too much of gloss as it wipes of the color over long time...
or when you apply lipstick.. pat it with some powder and then apply again... this helps it to stay longer.. the layer of powder helps.....
you may use a thick color lipliner thru out your lips for long lasting results.. this worked for me :)
The best thing to do is find a really good liner in a color you love and use that for your entire lip, coloring it in,
even get a few different shades of lip color,
use the darker color (like a darker shade of rose...never ever use black or bright red or something too dark unless you really know what you are doing) on the outer rims, and a lighter shade of pink on the inner part of your lips and blend in.
Then, put a light gloss over it and dab off the excess with tissue or paper.

Maybelline has the best long lasting lip color. Don't get a stain because those are flat and boring.

I say you should put on your lipstick, then gloss it with a transparent gloss. :)
I heard that Cover Girl Outlast is the best long lasting lipstick. You DO NOT want a conventional lipstick on this special day, as it is guaranteed not to last.

i wear lip liners always...
when i apply my foundation,, i apply it to my lips as well...
then i would apply the lip liner over my lips...
sometimes i apply a lipstick after all that... best of luck on ya wedding day sweet... i hope this helps...
